What’s in the new attraction?
The well-renowned anime theme park, Nijigen no Mori (Two-Dimensional Forest), has recently unveiled a new Naruto- and Boruto-themed attraction – the largest of its kind. It officially opened on April 20, 2019, and has been catering to anime and manga fans since then.
Here are a few attractions that you can experience when you visit:
1. Themed Missions
The Shinobi-Zato theme park offers two missions for their guests. There’s the Naruto Athletic: “Chi no Maki” and the Boruto Maze: “Ten no Maki”.
The first course puts you in the world of Naruto. It has you solve puzzles and answer quizzes in order to collect the missing seals.
For the second course, participants experience the world of Boruto. You’ll be given a choice between two courses from the Ninja Academy – Uchiha or Uzumaki. Uchiha focuses more on intellectual puzzles, while Uzumaki is a maze course that requires strength and athleticism.
2. Hokage Rock
The famous Hokage Rock from the anime was recreated and placed in the middle of the park for tourists to see. Fans of Naruto are sure to enjoy taking pictures with this attraction.
3. Ichiraku Ramen Stall
Tourists are also given the chance to visit the same ramen shop that Naruto frequents in the anime. The stall offers three kinds of ramen – shio, miso, and tonkotsu. And they’re delicious!
